Changed clothes, rode 10 miles (windy)Picked up desk for Martha
Walked 1 mile, then stretched
Breakfast: Kashi Crunch, V8juice+carrots
Lunch: pasta+meat, also Event Center: sandwich+fruit salad+pepper salad
Snacks: carrots, pear, trail mix, 1/2 clif bar
Dinner: brown rice w/ bouillion
