Biked 8 miles to work via Tully, around downtown
Biked 6 miles home through Dry Creek to Oakdale

3 veg soup (Marianne)
1 banana
1 orange
2 swiss chard
3 fruit salad
1 plum
pork chop
2 slice double fiber bread (6X2 fiber) w/ p. butter
