4 fruit blended (banana, apple, celery, 2 mandarins, milk, honey)
1 from lunch pasta veg soup
3  from Dinner: beef chuck roast in crock pot with roasted vegetables, potatos, + a baked potato(5 fiber)
1 mandarins (2 mini)
1 fruit salad
